چکیده

Revealing the drivers and scale effects of water pollutant discharges is an important issue in study environmental consequences during urban agglomeration evolution. It also a prerequisite for realizing collaborative reduction governance agglomerations. This paper takes 305 counties Yangtze River Delta (YRD) as example selects chemical oxygen demand (COD) ammonia nitrogen (NH3—N) two distinctive indicators, using Spatial Lag Model (SLM) Error (SEM) to estimate 2011 2016. Then Multiscale Geographically Weighted Regression (MGWR) model constructed diagnose effect spatial heterogeneity drivers. The findings show that size population, level urbanization, economic development global-level increase impacts on discharges, while industrialization, social fixed assets investment, foreign direct local fiscal decentralization are local-level impacts. presents following characteristics: Social investment has strong promoting both COD NH3—N Hangzhou—Jiaxing—Huzhou region coastal area YRD; industrialization Taihu Lake basin Zhejiang province; inhibitory discharge, pollution halo more prominent marginal areas YRD such northern Jiangsu, Anhui, southern Zhejiang; noticeable discharge central YRD, reflecting positive improved awareness stronger constraints multilevel regulations agglomeration. Therefore, it recommended guide greener reduce discharge; embed push-back mechanism fields industrial production, capital financial income expenditure; establish high-quality pattern agglomerations systematically compatible with carrying capacity environment.

simulation and experimental studies for prediction mineral scale formation in oil field during mixing of injection and formation water

abstract: mineral scaling in oil and gas production equipment is one of the most important problem that occurs while water injection and it has been recognized to be a major operational problem. the incompatibility between injected and formation waters may result in inorganic scale precipitation in the equipment and reservoir and then reduction of oil production rate and water injection rate. ...

on translation of politeness strategies in dialogues involving female characters in translations and retranslations of novels translated before and after the islamic revolution of iran and their effects on the image of women: a polysystem theory approach

abstract reception environment has considerable effects on accepting a translation. as the expectations of a target culture and its values and needs change throughout history, its criteria for accepting a translation or rejecting it will change accordingly (gentzler, 2001). the expectations of iran, as the reception environment in the present study, have changed after the islamic revolution. i...

Evolution of Zipf's Law for Indian Urban Agglomerations vis-à-vis Chinese Urban Agglomerations

We investigate into the rank-size distributions of urban agglomerations for India between 1981 to 2011. The incidence of a power law tail is prominent. A relevant question persists regarding the evolution of the power tail coefficient. We have developed a methodology to meaningfully track the power law coefficient over time, when a country experience population growth. A relevant dynamic law, G...
